You MUST reduce your caloric intake if you don't want to blow up like a balloon. When your output is reduced, either because of lifestyle changes or injury (or laziness!), you will gain weight if you don't put the fork down. Americans tend to overeat at all meals but particularly at lunch. Reduce lunch to one regular sandwich or half a small sub (or hero or hoagie or grinder or po' boy, whatever you call it in your part of the country) or ONE slice of Pizza and a Diet Soda. Something along those lines, calorie-wise. Keep in mind that many SALADS sold by Wendy's and McDonald's have a HUGE amount of calories. So, watch out. Of course, that's not an excuse to go hog wild at breakfast and dinner.
