My grandfather (a country doctor) always told us the cure for a stomach bloated with gas was to drink lots of water and walk around. Light physical activity combined with the water forces the gas to move through your system. Instant option: Quickly drink 6 oz. of cold club soad with about 8 shakes or so of bitters.and a little salt. Works for great short term relief of bloating, nausea etc. Try it....You'll like it....!

∙ 11y agoUse Herbal Fiber Blend. It has really been a miracle. A friend of mine had some really bad Chromes Disease but after 2 weeks on it there was a serious difference. It really works. Althought it might taste a bit funny you will get used to it.
