The natural position for a properly positioned foreskin when the penis is not erect is covering the glans. the glans are a sensitive part of the penis and should be protected from scraping rubbing and and other injury's while not in use fro sexual purposes as well as this it needs to be kept moist and soft under the fore skin. the frenulum which holds the foreskin in place is designed to encourage the foreskin to return over the glans when the penis becomes flaccid again.
Make sure your foreskin can slide over the head and that is does not become stuck retracted. If it does get stuck behind the head, you should see a doctor right away.
Otherwise, as long as your foreskin is still able to move, it is fine to keep it pulled back most of the time.

Yes indeed. And give it a good wash while you're at it. A tight skin fold like that is an excellent place for bacteria build-up otherwise, which can lead to itching and a rather nasty smell.

∙ 13y agoIf the foreskin is stuck behind the glans, there can be a problem. Typically, it's an issue if there's any discomfort. However, simply keeping the foreskin retracted really isn't unsafe.

∙ 9y agoIn the first place you should understand that the foreskin is an important part of the function of the penis and removing or forcing the foreskin to stay back exposing the glans is not healthy for it or the glans. that said the way to hold it back is to simply pull it back and place a n adhesive plaster around it for what ever time it takes for it to fix into position. once again I warn you that this and d circumcision will deleteriously effect your sex life. and that of your pardner
