If it is where the filter meets up to the mount there actually is a gasket there. If it past the mount you may need to replace the filter housing.
There is a fuel filter on the driver side framerail and also a "bag" filter on the pump inlet (in the tank). I wouldn't worry about that one unless you're having issues.
