YEAH. I got an answer- Tell Epson to suck it. They have a feature that disables the ink if one cartridge runs out. It won't even let you print in grayscale or scan (it says they have a print black only but it doesn't work). What a scam. Almost cost me my job. I wouldn't take another Epson printer if you gave me a hundred dollar bill with it...... Wait I changed my mind I would take it and the $100 bill to buy a Baseball bat and smash it to pieces. If you are thinking of buying one of these pieces of crap - DON'T DO IT. A feather pen and vile of ink or more reliable than this junk.
