Once your old bebo is gone, its gone but some delete then try to make a new one but it says that their email address is already in use from their old bebo, bebo can be slow sometimes, so give it a couple of days, if it still hasn't worked then contact bebo support and they will handle all of your bebo problems.

Asking whether they can allow you to re-activate your account or not
They will send an email back saying whether they accept or decline.
If your the bebo team says yes to reactivate your account.
All your page will still be as if knew.
All your comments are gone, your photo's practicially everything.
So it would be easier not to wait but just to make a new one yourself...
