You can prevent it by standing up for a person. If you are being bullied, just ignore everything they say. Lastly, if they try to fight you defend yourself any way you can. You can hit him back or run
To prevent bullying, schools could take action on the people who have already bullied and isolate them from the others in that vacinity which will make the victims of bullying much happier.
you can respond to bullying by telling a teacher or/and friend?
You can prevent it by not reacting
Parents cannot completely protect their children from bullying, simply because they cannot be at school or on the bus with the children. You can, however, teach your children how to properly respond to bullying. You can visit with your child's school administrators or teachers and learn what steps the school takes to prevent bullying. Visit your child's classroom occasionally. Attend PTA meetings or serve on parent committees that deal with bullying.
call the school
my answer would be tell the teacher( if you went to school)or just stay far from that person.

Various schools are taking different actions to prevent bullying. One of the things some schools are doing is to implement a workshop for staff on how to deal with bullying.
The true question is why shouldn't we prevent bullying? Have you ever been bullied yourself? Bullying causes results such as depression, cutting, insecurity, and sometimes even one's suicide. it's one of those problems that even you can help make change in. If we can prevent bullying, the world would be somewhat of a better place.
The simplest solution is to report the bullying to the school. The school owes a duty of care towards its students and must act to stop and prevent bullying. If they fail to take action to prevent or stop the bullying they are in breach of that duty and would be liable for damages. Remember that bullying is not only physical but can also be psychological. Physical injuries heal, psychological injuries do not. Do not allow them to continue, it is probable that you are not their only victim. Take a stand. Do not ignore it. All that will result from ignoring them is the level of the violence will escalate (violence can be psychological as well as physical) until they get a response. Report them and get them dealt with.
Talk to someone like how you feel about bullying. provide guidance counselors and make the adults in your school to actually try to listen to the kids for once and provide good education in a peaceful community which i can see is not so soon.
There aren't necessarily any ways you can "prevent" cyber bullying, but you can stop it when it happens. If you feel as though you or someone you know is being cyber bullied, you should report it to your parents, school administrators, and to the officials of the site on which you are being bullied.
