Go to the "Recycle Bin" find the name of the file, click on it, and hit reopen.

Though if you've deleted it a second time, from 'Recycle' (what a silly name!) you'd need recovery software to find it before it's over-written.

You can check your recycle bin if deleted files were still there. you can right click recycle bin and click on restore. but if files were permanently deleted then there's no way of retrieving them. i mean when you select a file and tap on shift + delete then the file would be permanently deleted and no way to be retrieved.
You can use system restore in the control panel to go back to an earlier date and time.
If you deleted it, it would be in the recycle bin. It can be restored from there by double clicking on the recycle bin and then selecting the deleted file. Then right click it and select restore.
Even if Excel spreadsheet is deleted, or if was stored on a drive that has been formatted, corrupted, or inaccessible by Windows, Easy Excel Recovery may still be able to help.
You can try data recovery tools like Recuva, Anyfound data recovery, or Easy Excel Recovery .
