Yes! Find the wires going to the washer switch and just use a toggle switch in it's place. If you can't locate the wires, you can just run power straight to the motor from the toggle switch. I recommend you use a spring loaded on/off toggle switch, to make sure you don't accidentally leave it in the on position.

had same problem washer pump worked fine i found that out by cuting wires and hooking direct to battery so the next step was for me to put in a 2 way toggle switch and find a place to mount it and now i use the toggle switch and it works fine so rewire worked for me you can fix it yourself and save big $

I believe in the 93 the switch is built into the wiper arm. The actual switch is inside the steering column. The steering wheel must come off, and part of the colum itself. this is a difficult job.
