Mine certainly does. No dash lights. Passenger side power window quit working a few days ago. Interior light doesn't come on when driver's door opened, but it does for other doors. A bunch of minor stuff. My son has a 93 GLS and (crossed fingers) no problems yet.

Trouble code P0137 means:O2 sensor circuit low voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
This is the timing belt, I think. Takes a lot of expertise. Get the shop manual. If you screw it up, you can damage the engine.
Remove the front bumper cover.... there should be 3 mounting bolts to remove the headlight after the bumper is removed.
