If by 'gendeer' you mean 'gender' as in 'boy or girl', then I can answer your question.
With Grossman Scardox Aliens, you can tell their gender by looking at their privates, like between their legs. You will either see nothing, or a little - let's say an extra bit of alien!
Well, to be honest, on the little ones (twins or babies) the boys do have excessively big and obvious privates, but I haven't come across a girl baby yet - I don't think. I say 'I dont think' because I got some more babies, and I thought it was a boy by looking, but it wasn't as big and obvious, so I'm wondering if it is a girl.
Maybe the twins have obvious proof, but on adults you tell by looking at their backs, if between their legs doesn't work out, as not all adults have that king of proof.
Check the flat space on their back, and if it is flat and smooth, it's a girl, but if it is patterned and bumpy-ish, it is a boy.
If none of these work out, please check with someone else, as they might have different ideas, but these are the only ways I know.
