How can you tell if someone is a satanist?

The term was used in allegory to make a point, by God to demonstrate or challenge a person's faith. The Christian religion twisted the term ha-satan into a personal name to demonstrate that if were not of Jesus Christ, then you were with the enemies team or of Satan

Depends on the person.. but usually they focus on THEMSELF and THEMSELF only and on what they need to do, so, a really strong belief in individualism.. maybe perhaps listen to heavy metal type of music too (but that does not mean every single Satanist does). They of course, would not believe that there are any type of gods/deities in the world either. Satanism is actually not devil worship half or most of the time, it's just hardcore Atheism.. Satan means Opposer in another language, so people oppose religions and somewhat of what society says..

Satan only entered Judaism after the Babylonian Exile and even then only as the loyal assistant of God, tasked to prove the righteousness of the faithful, as we see in the Book of Job. Assuming God is real, surely Satan would have made himself known to the Jews long before 500 BCE.

Satan evolved in Christian belief from the ha-satan'accuser' who merely tested the righteous in Judaism, to become a wholly evil adversary of God. This proves that this evil character we know as Satan, or as the devil, is a figment of the Christian imagination. He is not real.

The bible never says he was an angel. In the bible it says Satan can appear as an angel of light, therefore he is not an angel. Angeles are made of light, jinn are made of fire.
