Buy it from Zeus, who you can visit on center AFTER you do every other Esroh. Tack costs several hundred million dollars, so save up for it! (The saddle alone costs 125m, look in the BBB at your local library.) The saddle alone, however, has a 50% total increase in stats for all stats (15% more than tier 4 Expedition tack), so if you are an arena enthusiast, you might want it. Anyone else? Don't bother.
