How can you tell the difference between the high pressure port and a low pressure port to recharge the aircontioner in a 2003 Chevy silverado?

The high pressure fitting is the larger of the two. The adapters and fittings used to add refrigerant can only fit the low pressure side. I have a 2003 Silverado 2500HD and the low pressure port is just above the accumulator/ dryer on a line that attaches to the fire wall.
