If both of the cell phones are equipped with Bluetooth, it's fairly easy.
- Navigate to the "Connect To..." or "Connections" menu of one of the cell phones (this can be done by going into the "Settings" menu), and make sure Bluetooth connections are enabled. Do the same for the second phone. Also make sure that the phones can be detected by other devices. There is usually a setting for that as well.
- Now, in the same menu on one of the phones, look for something like "Detect Bluetooth device." It will ask for a password that will automatically be generated on the other phone, which will show up on their screen. Put that password in and you'll be connected.
- Finally, go to your music folder. Press the menu button and select "Send to...." Choose the other phone in the menu that appears. Within seconds, you'll be transferring your music. ;)

I know there is a couple of ways to transfer music from one phone to another. I've listed the number of ways to do this from 1-4, 1 (the most common way) to 4 (the most uncommon way).
1) Use a USB data cable. Plug in one side to your phone and the other to the PC & transfer away.
2)Micro SD chip. You can put all your music in the Micro SD card and use it for your other phones.
3) email.
4) Try using Bluetooth. Enable Bluetooth for both phones & start transferring. This would probably be my last option.
You need to use a USB cable plug it into your phone, after that, go to the option that says transfer music, it should be recognized by your laptop.
You transfer music from your old phone to your new phone is to take your Sim card out of the old phone and put it in the your new phone

No. When you buy a new phone, there is no way for the new phone to know what you had on your old phone, unless the new phone is psychic or something, but Apple has not created that technology. . .yet. However, you may transfer just anything you want from your old phone to your new phone.

No. You have to transfer the data.
There are three ways to transfer contacts from old iPhone to a new one. You can sync the old phone to iTunes to import them then sync the new phone to send them to the new. You do the same using the Cloud with the old phone then retrieve them to the new. Or, you can use an app called Bump to move them directly from your phone to any other iPhone. Follow the related link below
You have two choices... (1) Swap the SIM card (assuming they both take the same size card) - and copy the data to the new phone's memory. (2) Connect the OLD phone to a computer, copy the relevant data to the computer, connect the NEW phone to the computer and transfer the data to the new phone.

To transfer credit from one mobile phone to another, both phones have to be from the same company. When setting up the new phone, tell the operator that there are credits to transfer from an old mobile phone to the new mobile phone. TracFone is one of the only phones that let a person transfer credits this way.
If you have music backups of the old iPod in iTunes, you can easily sync the songs with the new iPod. If you don't have backups, you are also able to transfer purchased songs from the old iPod to iTunes using the "Transfer Purchases" function of iTunes. You won't be allowed to transfer the songs from the old iPod to computer or new iPod if the songs are not from iTunes. This is how to transfer music from old iPod to new iPod with the "Transfer Purchases" function of iTunes: Step 1. Plug the Old iPod into computer via the USB cable. Then launch iTunes. Step 2. Click "File > Device > Transfer Purchases". iTunes will automatically transfer the songs to iTunes library. Step 3. Plug the new iPod into computer. Then import the songs from iTunes to the new iPod.
