Correctly, in North America, it is impossible. The plural form of jewelry is jewelry. I cannot speak for other dialects of English, but I suspect "jewelries" is an anachronism dating to "ye olde times" when spelling and grammar were stylized somewhat more than is permissible today.

Of course, it could be modern slang. If "phat" can be "cool" while "fat" is overweight, and "cool" can either be an expression of approval or a comment on the temperature, then jewelries can be a word too.
