Including the PlayStation in this setup over-complicates things and gets you nowhere. Connecting a PlayStation 2 controller to a computer can easily be accomplished with the purchase of an adapter, that converts the PlayStation 2 connector to USB. These can be had from $5 to $15 dollars, depending on build quality. It is also possible to modify the cable yourself and connect it to the parallel port, although not many computers these days have one.
No the game requires the Playstation Move controller and Playstation Eye Camera, but you can use the Dual Shock 3 controller instead of the move navigational controller
it depends on the game. if the game requires analog sticks for operation then no. if the game doesn't require anolog sticks then you sure can
You can't use a playstation controller on a computer.

The only way that older Playstation 2 dual shock controllers will function with a Playstation 3 unit is through the use of a Usb controller adapter cord which allows the controller to be plugged in through the units Usb port and used.
