How can you use your pen drive to boost your motherboard's video memory so you can play better games?

Sorry to say you cannot. You would need to increase the size of
your graphics card. That is if its a card.
If its onboard graphics, then in the bios, you will see a graphics tab. Increase this to add some memory to the graphics.
But in doing this, your detracting from your ram. And this could mean a memory upgrade.
