The energy comes from the heat taken from the heat/energy inside of the refrigerator/fridge. A fridge takes heat energy from inside the fridge and dumps it outside the fridge into the the pipes on the back of the fridge and into the room.

Take a look at the picture by using the link to the Wikipedia article, then come back and read the answer. The wheel has a steel axle, and it also has magnets built into it. The magnets keep the wheel in contact with the track on which it rolls. The operator need only time the movement of the track to keep the wheel rolling.
The two magnets would be attracted and come together.Unlike poles will attract.Like poles will repel.
Magnets are made from iron, nickel, and cobalt. Cobalt is a bit more flexible than the other two, which are very hard metals. It could also be an alloy of the three, but I don't know about that.
The flexible gasket around the doors that seals the inside from air leaks. Most fridge seals are made from PVC material and have a magnetic insert which holds the door of the fridge shut. Fridge seals come in a large variety of different profiles, with most being held in by screws which hold the plastic liner to clamp in the fridge seal. These days many of the seals come in a push in style, which are held in with an arrow head, making it even easier to replace. Damaged Fridge seals can be the cause of many issues, such as food spoiling quicker than supposed to, high energy costs, and excessive wear and tear on your fridges compressor.

The flexibility of a magnet does not matter just as long as it has a north and south pole and attracts iron, nickel and cobalt.
