If you tell this to people, they'll probably suggest you eat more! -and will probably think your anorexic. I am 15 year old teenager and I'm thin as well. I eat a lot! People are shocked i eat a lot, but does not understand why i cannot gain weight! Trust me, eating more will just make your very unhealthy, and i do not recommend eating too much! Do not stuff yourself with unhealthy foods. Just eat regular, enough to make you full. But, eat healthy, please! Another way to gain weight is to exercise. Weird, right? Exercising will help you toughen up those muscles. Your muscles need food, so feed it. You'll probably gain more weight. I did! :)

*But if it's a serious issue, like eating disorders, please stop! Go see a doctor instead of ruining your bodies. It will lead to more consequences.

i hear ya, doctors cant help you either cause they don't think that this is a real problem for people like you and i. twenty years with this problem, (weight removed)

It's the same for me , I'm such a glutton , but I NEVER gain weight. I like my food :) , but I just don't get fat to go with my eating habits. But actually , I don't have a sweet tooth and I prefer veg and things like that to chips and Pizza , which I do like , I just prefer vegetables and fruit (they taste good). Also if you do want top gain weight , try top focus on 3 square meals and getting 5 a day etc. Eating things like crisps in excessive amounts will only Dame your body , meat , fish , milk and veg all contribute to healthy weight gain. You should see a dietitian too , they'll help you find the right weight gain plan for you. Ask your doctor or nurse to get one for you.

it depends on your activities, if you are an active person, it is most likely that you burn calories faster than any other people. some people also have fast metabolism that even how many they eat or how much they sleep they don't get fat. they are called lucky.

When your body is hungry, or needs nutrients, it takes nutrients that you provide. whether they are the correct nutrients or not. You are gaining weight because you are not giving your body the correct nutrients or the correct amount. It usually does not depend on how little you eat, its how little you eat of what foods.

Most likely that person has a very high metabolismeventually that will slow down as you get older and you'll start to pack on the pounds so watch out.
