There is no mention, in The Bible, of Abel having children. He was evidently murdered by his brother before this could happen. Cain, however, had a wife (his sister) and they had children in the usual way(Genesis 4:17 + Genesis 5:4). Cain's lineage ended at the flood.

Cain and Abel were paternal twins; Cain was Satan's seed & Abel was GOD's. Satan has controlled the world since created & wants dominion in the final millennium which is why the world is crazy now, the battle of good & evil.

There are none alive today.

It is believed by many that Abel never had children, and that his brother Cain had a son named Enoch(Genesis 4:17). Cain's descendants all died at the flood, ending his lineage, so that after the flood, the only surviving humans were (and are) descendants of Seth.(1 Chronicles 1:1-4)
