I'm not quite sure, but she is the goddess of night and her favorite animal is a black cat. People used to try to summon her by putting a black cat on the altar.

Yes, but as long as they, - Do not try to negate his normal summon, so no Solemn Judgment. - Do not try to respond to his summon. Obelisk's summon can't be responded to, so no Bottomless Trap Hole. - Do not target him, so no Sakuretsu Armor. Spells and Traps that do none of the above can still affect him. Burden of the Mighty, Smashing Ground and Divine Wrath can all affect him, as can Torrential Tribute when used in response to another monster's summon.
