They used the forests for wood (longhouses, palisades, canoes etc.), they made maple syrup from maple sap (the first maple syrup.) and they also used it for the animals (moose, deer, rabbits etc.). Does that answer what you are looking for? (I forgot to log in so i am just reposting it.)

What Indian tribe was least likely to farm between inuit kwakiutl Iroquois lakota pueblo?

The Inuit were traditionally hunters and fishers and gatherers. It is very difficult to do any farming in the far north where they live. The Kwakiutl did not farm for food but may have grown some tobacco and other Northwest coastal people did things to encourage the plants they wanted to grow. The Lakota grew corn but with the coming of the horse they farmed less and less. The Pueblo and Iroquois were agricultural people.

How do you plan against natural calamity?

Ok, so first of all. A bag or something like that is to be packed as preparation. Here's what you'll need: Torch, blanket (small), mobile device, radio (walkey talkie), something to keep you occupied e.g book, toy. A knife. Now if you happen to be a female, and it is getting to 'that time of the month' you will defs be needing some tampons and/or pads. If you are a guy, there is no need. Spare clothes, walking shoes. This is the MAIN resources needed. A natural disaster can happen when you least expect it so being prepared is great.

How many Algonquins can live in one longhouse?

Up to twenty families might live in one longhouse of the Iroquois. A longhouse was one family, but not the family as western people understand it. It was centred on a woman, the matriarch of the house, and included her children and her husband and anybody who was a sister, brother, sister-by-marriage or brother-by-marriage, and all the nephews or nieces of the matriarch.

How are natural resources handled in Canada?

Natural resources are handled by the Provinces in Canada. Though some have handed over control of some of their natural resources to Canada most are provincial. When you hear the term "Canada's Oil Sands" that is an attempt to claim resources belong to the Federal Government, at least the profitable ones from the West. You will not hear "Canada's Hydro Electricity in Quebec" which is rather telling. Some resources are Federal, namely those offshore and they are handled federally.

Is there a connection between Mexico's natural resources and the products they make?
