In most ways, Islam is more similar to Christianity than to Judaism. For example, Islam shares with Christianity a belief in hell and a belief that Satan is the evil adversary of God.
Islam believes that Jesus had a divine role. Although not divine himself, Jesus was one of the great prophets, a view not shared by Judaism. The consequence of this belief is that Islam is closer to Judaism in one respect - they are both more strongly monotheistic than Christianity because of Christianity's belief in the divinity of Jesus (and of the Holy Spirit).
Unique to Islam among the Abraham religions is belief in jinn. These were pre-Islamic spirits that are mostly evil but can be good.

The main difference between the Arab beliefs prior to Mohammed and Islam was that the Arabs were henotheists (polytheists with one god who is more powerful than the others). They would worship their gods by way of altars and idols. They sacrificed their children on occasion and did other barbaric activities. Islam repudiated these activities.
Islam also believe in one God and also forbids idol worship.

the teachings of the Torah are Judaism.
Yes, Judaism is Biblical in that the Torah, which means Teachings, is the core of the Jewish religion. The history of Judaism can be found in the texts that make up the complete Jewish Bible, which is called the Tanach: Torah (Teachings), Nevi'im (Prophets), K'tuvim (Writings). The Christian Old Testament was based on the Tanach, however, it was altered to support the teachings of Christianity.
Christianity and Judaism
If your are looking to convert, you will find Christianity more inviting due to the difficult nature of Judaic conversion. If you are asking yourself Judaism vs. Christianity, chances are you are not very serious about either, so as a Jew, I think you should go with christianity. Now if you are asking which makes more sense? I would have to answer Judaism. Simply because our scriptures do not have any contradictions, and because Judaism takes work not just five minutes and some holy water.
