Michael Jackson had a huge impact on America and all over the world! He was known as the King of Pop (and he still is), helped make the "moonwalk" famous, and astounded the world with his angelic voice! His album Thriller sold more records than any other record in history! Among Thriller, more of his more known songs are Beat It, Billie Jean, Bad, Black Or White, Don't Stop 'Till You Get Enough, Off The Wall, Smooth Criminal, and Blame It On The Boogie! But there are so many more!!!! As a child he sang with his brothers in their group, the Jackson 5! They were among the first child group in the late sixties and early seventies. They were also a huge success! Their contract was with Motown records. They sang the songs ABC, Rockin' Robin, and the other classics! Michael also sang the song Ben for a Horror movie about a little boy finding a rat named Ben. When they decided they wanted more freedom with their dances and songs they left Motown records. But the company held the band's name. So then they became the Jacksons! They created new songs and dance moves! During one of the Jacksons's tours (it may have been the Victory tour...i don't know) Michael introduced Billie Jean to a live audience. His dance was sort of impropmtuu but it was definitely dazzling!!! Then when no one expected it, he broke out the moonwalk! That was one of his most special performances! The moonwalk is a dance move where it looks like your walking forwards and backwards at the same time! Its like an optical illuusion and fun to learn! Michael doesn't perform any more but his CDs are still selling everywhere! He is one of the best dancers and singers ever! He has passion, love, kindness, and most of all, believes in "magic"! The magic to make people happy and feel as if they can do anything! Michael Jackson is a very important person in the history of music! He will always be the King of Pop to his fans! GO MJ!!!!!!!!!
