The Jews resisted the Nazis while they were in ghettos in many different ways. First of all, the less violent ways are that they would illegally educate the children, they would practice their religion and celebrate Jewish holidays, and other non violent things like printing underground Jewish newspapers. Other ways of resisting that they would take part in would be when the Nazis came to deport them to concentration and German death camps, they would know what was coming. Therefore, they would organize groups of fighters that would fight and resist the German Nazis. Since their numbers of fighters and home made ammunition would be so poor and small, they knew that they had no chance in winning against the Nazis. Even though they knew this, they would have rather died fighting than went to their deaths knowingly and willingly.

Hope this helped!

Well I dont think they would like fitting in a small room with barely any food to eat with 5-6 other families living in that room as well. They were also shot or killed if they tried to leave or steal food. After the ghetto the where shipped in train carts packed with alot of people where you could hardely breath or move and you had to stand the whole way beause there was no room to sit they where carried all the way to the concentration camps around Germany.

Some revolted, or tried to overthrow the Nazis. A very famous one, called the Treblinka Revolt, is considered successful in the Jewish peoples' eyes because they managed to overtake the Treblinka concentration camp for a few hours before the Nazis regained their hold.

But most of the time, they didn't. They honestly believed that there was a light at the end of the tunnel for everyone (which is good, but there wasn't in some cases) and that they were scared of other punishments if an attempt failed.

Also, if you're looking up famous Nazi revolts in favor of the Jewish people (Nazis like, for example, Oskar Schindler who tried to help the Jews) go look up Oskar Schindler or the movie Schindler's List, directed by Steven Spielberg. If you're still interested, check out the 2008 movie Valkyrie. It's about the July 20th plot to assassinate Adolf Hitler.
