The very last ibex was killed by a fallen tree, probably the unluckiest ibex in all the world it was a 13 year old female... then later on scientists cloned it and had a living ibex but it then died 7 minutes later due to lung failure.

No one knows for sure they just died off kinda like the dinosaurs thought the species became un-extinct in 2009 when they cloned one thought it died 7 minuets later due to lung defects and became RE-Extinct
