∙ 15y agoThrough Gohan he attains it the way you would first attain a SSJ1 sudden fit of strong emotions AKA RAGE. It is unknown how specifically Goku attains it, and Vegeta gains it through Babidi when he was transformed into the Majin state. It is of course assumed that their increased power levels during the SSj1 states also helped the transformation to the next level. Due to the USSj transformations they learned that they could evolve their powers further.

∙ 12y agowhen goku was dead he was training in other world so he can become strong and he did and by that point they tryed to get him to transform into a super sayian 2 and it work and when goku had to fight vegeta goku went back to train for 3 hours or something and then he became super sayian 3 :D then he had to stalk for time intill trunk was heading to the hide out >:D so goku had to fight majin buu and when goku left Majin buu killed his master :O p.s dont mess with majin buu >:)

∙ 12y agoHe became a Super Sayian 2 Through Training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. The Power was released while he foughted Cell because he wanted Gohan to Save the world. The transformation wasn't seen until he fought with Pikkon in Other World
