You should leave him alone for a few days. Then you should slowly build up his trust by holding him gently for a few minutes without rubbing him for a couple of days. You should gradually start holding him more and more every day and start stroking him and eventually he won't be nervous.

Why would your guinea pig run away every time you touch her?

Guinea pigs are known to be very shy, so you have to prove to the guinea pig that you are gentle by simply approaching your guinea pig slowly and calmly and then eventually pet or pick him/her up. You can also find ways to tame your guinea pig, either with food or a treat. Try to do anything to make it feel safe. You can simply be dealing with a guinea pig that is nervous, or you are dealing with something that is very common and normal for your guinea pig.

Can a month old young guinea pig transfer to its father's cage?

This isn't a very good idea. A young guinea pig will still have the scent of its mother, so there's every chance the father will try to breed with it, or even fight with it. It's better to put a young guinea pig in a separate cage completely.
