On the right side of the bike there is an unlatching mechanism. When the passenger foot peg is up it is hidden, but you can find it by flipping the peg down. Simply insert your key and turn it. If the seat doesn't pop up on its own keep the key turned and lift the rear of the seat up.
use the ignition key to remove the rear seat,
use a 4mm Allen wrench to take off the black side panels,
use a 6mm Allen key to unbolt the front seat

Removal of the rear fender is quite simple, I used the fender eliminator kit from Suzuki, it has very good instructions. To to it you remove the two bolts on the left and right cowlings just below the seat and aft of the gas tank. Then remove the two bolts that hold the seat on. remove the seat. Next remove the passengers seat. Remove the two bolts that hold the passenger grab rail, then the two bolts just forward of the two you just removed. next remove the two bolts that are just behind the gas tank. Remove the hex head bolt that holds the seat release cable in place and slide the cable barrel out of the keeper, move the cable aside. Next remove the push pins that run along the underside of the side panels. Check for any other screws that are throught the side panels that are under the two seats. Disconnect the plug for the tail light, and the two for the turn signal, make sure you note the wiring color and stripe so you can hook up the correct side turn signal on the first attempt. Gently spread the side panels apart near the gas tank, working your way towards the back of the bike. Don't force anything, just gently work the cowling aft and and up. Once you have the body work off, you will see the four bolts that keep the fender inplace. Remove the two screw that are on each side, and pull the plastic fender liner up from between the frame seat rails, That will give you the room to remove the four bolts that hold the outer fender on. Remove those four bolts and the fender comes off. Reverse the procedure to install your kit, inner fender and body kit

Should be under the seat.

You have to remove the Allen bolt on the rear of the passenger seat, then remove the two Allen bolts exposed when you removed the passenger seat. The driver seat should slide back and off now.
Yes, under the back fender above the tire there are two nuts that can be removed with a 10mm ratchet.
Yes, you just need to remove the center bracket (back seat bracket) on your bike
Use your key on the left side by the seat. turn it counterclockwise. and the front seat should pull off. Once you remove the front seat there are two releases to remove the rear seat.
You can remove the off a Suzuki 230 4 wheeler by locating the mounting bracket on the floor of the vehicle. Once you find that, you can remove the screws in the plate with a Phillips head screw driver, and take the seat out.

You need to remove the rear seat before you can removed the front. First removed the one screw on the back of the rear seat then removed the two screws on the front of the rear seat. You can not get to the front screws until you remove the rear screw.
I turned both the key holes, pulled up on the seat, tried to slide, but nothing.
