Which speakers and which moulding exactly are you refering to? If you are talking about the door speakers: Just remove the screws on the panel and inside of the door handle and inside of the armrest on the door there is a screw. Then you must remove the door handle by using a screwdriver to pry off the clip behind the door handle. After that just pop the panel off. i found this page on how to get a neon's door panel off hope it helps. its the only one that i could find with diagrams

There is a good description at the following page, just type in the new address:

Remove the window and door handles, then all of the screws you can find, then the retainers on the sides and bottom of the door. You need a special tool for the retainers and maybe the handles.

The blend door for a 2000 Neon is located behind the dash. The blend door controls the air flow for heat and ac.

Unless there is an access panel above the fuel pump, you must remove the fuel tank.

it is in the door side panel under the regular fuses it is the relay on the left hand side. in my neon it was green. you may have to remove part of the dash to get the relay out.

Simple. First unscrew all the parts to the door panel. There should be screws along the entire edge of the door panel and some in the handle by the auto locks. Once all has been unscrewed, feel around the edges where the screws were. The door panel pops out so you have to feel around the panel edge for the catches. When you find a catch, apply pressure and the panel will simply pop out of the door. Be careful or you might break the plastic catches. Hope this helps. Georgia

There are 3 screws to remove. One is behind the door handle (the latch you pull to open the door from the inside), one is in the part of the door you pull to close the door, and the other is up near the side mirror (if looking at the interior of the door, it will be the upper right on the driver's door). These three screws are covered by removable tabs that are the same color as your interior. Once you remove the screws, you will need to go around the perimeter of the panel and pop it off (there are many plastic tabs). I use a flat head screwdriver to get underneathe it and start working my way around. (I've had to replace the driver's side lock twice and recently replaced the front 6" speakers). If you want to totally remove the panel, you will need to remove the door handle latches between the panel and the door. There are two metal "arms" with white plastic connectors on the ends. One arm goes to the door handle on the outside of the door and one goes to the handle on the inside of the door. This was rather difficult since it was hard to get your hands in there. Good luck.

remove the top trim panel off the dashboard, the front trim panel from the instrument panel and remove the screws. good luck finding a replacement cluster

The 2000 Dodge Neon computer is behind the kick plate on the passenger side of the passenger compartment. Remove the kick plate. Remove the computer retaining bolts. Remove the computer wiring harness.

left side, inside the door. very end of the dash is a pull out panel.

You're not supposed to... it's there for a reason!

The 2000 Neon use the OBD 2 reader and the connector is under left side of dash; over hood rise; by kick panel

Remove mast. Inside car (pass. site): disconnect antenna cable,(you may have to remove door-sill and kick panel) Outside: remove tire (makes it easier to) remove inner splash shield, remove mounting screws and pull antenna base and cable from under fender. Note:there is a rubber grommet going into the car and it may be hard to remove, this is not a big deal if you are replacing it with a new one. (part of a new antenna)

Check the fuse box 1st. I justed changed the fuse for a 2000 Neon. It was a 20A fuse. Check the driver side door panel. Have the driver door open and look at the fuse panel. Check fuse and bring the fuse into the store and find th replacement. Worked fine afterward.
