Depends of region. In desert regions they take water from deep wells, or try to condensate some water from ground.Also there's some rivers like Nile. In central and south regions - also wells, rivers, lakes and temporary lakes that appears after rain season. A lot of necessary water they got from food.

Well it depends what you mean um...... they walk to the well about 100 miles away and then they put it in their vases and walk back to their home love from mmmmmmmmmmmeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee xxxxx
