Simple. Those who try harder are more efficient at the task at hand. Effort involves passion, and those who have a passion for whatever it is that they are doing, will produce results more efficiently. The less effort, the less passion and desire they have for doing something, and they will never produce results easily, steadily, efficiently.
Effort is the way to achievement. It has to be worked out to have the results.
when two people make the effort to work through a conflict together, it shows their commitment to each other.
It depends. The more time and effort you put in the sooner you'll see results and the less time and effort you put in the longer it will take to see results.

Depends on who you're talking too. The football coach will tell it doesn't matter how well you play the game as long as you win. Effort IS important. Without it you may not achieve those results. But don't think "results" are necessarily a bad thing. It depends on the results you are going for. Do you want to apply your best effort to improving your golf score? Do you want to make an effort to be a better person? If on a scale of 1 to 10 your effort brings you up from a total jerk to a "7"....not such a bad guy, but still a work in progress...those are nice results - yes? Results represent goals and without them you can not see where you were and how far from there you have come. Does that make sense?
unlimited energy, safe, no effort.
Making that change will produce a lesser result.
