You could try a gallbladder / liver cleanse. Over the long term, you really need to change your eating habits to avoid it happening again. A cleanse is not quick, nor easy, and most certainly is no fun. If you have problematic gall stones, then a cleanse is certainly worth trying, and it is a much better option than surgery.
