You don't do anything on Good Friday except Catholics do not eat meat and I'm a Catholic . Good Friday is the last day of Lent and there the fasting and meatless meals are over for another year. Prayers are said and thoughtfulness about the passion of Christ is very important. It is a sad and solemn day but in three days we celebrate because Christ rose from the dead on Easter Sunday.
Some churches have a procession where the crown of thorns is worn and bread is dipped into wine to remind christians of the last supper where Jesus broke bread and told the disiples that was his body and gave them wine and told them that was the blood.
Many churches have services which focus on the crucifixion and sufferings Christ had to endure, and the words he spoke from the cross. The focus is on the sufferings He took in man's place. A minority do not believe in observing the day in particular, although they are respectful of the actual event.
christians celebrate Good Friday by remembering what Jesus did for them on the cross. He bore their sins so now they have the chance, by faith and salvation, to join God in Heaven for eternity.
It depends on the denomination. Many eat whatever they want, and others have a preset diet on that day which includes fish.

Christians celebrate three essential events: Good Friday, Easter and Christmas. In addition, there are several other events during the year which are important, depending on the Christian denomination.
