i dont know about the the names of companies. but child labour is common in insence stick manufacturing, constuction sites and mining quarries in india. even though there are laws against this kind of child labour ti still continues in rural areas.
The use of child labor is for the owner of a child labor place is to under pay the children because they don't know better and then the owner gets more profit then they pay the children
I don't know but I do know that ikea checks to see if their items are from child labour but if it is they don't use it
Most everyday consumers do not know whether products are made using child laborers or adult laborers. These don't come with labels: "Made by children's hands." It would be easier if labels exist... but they don't.
Depends on the items. Some most likely are. I do know that many toys are made using child labor and children cut diamonds in India, so out of all the things sold in Kmart many are probably made using child labor.
Because it can, companies can do these kind of things you know.
Land's End has some brands that don't use child labor, but expect to pay more for them.
