It's quite simple - to make someone like you, you have to be yourself - that's all there is to it. A lot of people admire someone who is not afraid to be themselves. If you're a girl, this usually means that you're not afraid to go out in public without makeup on, you're not embarrassed if you walk outside to get the mail in just sweats instead of dressing up and putting on strappy heels. If you're a guy, it means you're not afraid of putting your heart out there.

Despite what people say - girls like guys that are quiet and cute, soft, sensitive, and not afraid of showing emotions, such as anger, protectiveness, sadness, happiness, and even grief. Guys - just remember that you don't have to work out as much as you think you do. Girls don't necessarily look for the buffest guy around any more, but it couldn't hurt. ;) Just know you don't always have to work out in order to attract someone of the opposite gender. Girls like you enough already for more of who you are than for how big your muscles are. Also, girls just love talking. Listen to them talk, even though you may not want to. Pay attention because sometimes, important facts such as her favorite candies and her favorite restaurants may be dropped in these kinds of conversations. Keep these facts in mind when you hear them and blow her mind away on a date by taking her to one of these restaurants. Girls like to feel special and cared for, and most importantly, understood. If you take her to her favorite restaurant, she immediately fall for you even more because she'll know that you pay attention to her and you're not pretending to listen - even if you are. ;)

For you girls - guys like girls that are independent and don't have to depend on them all the time for everything. But this doesn't necessarily mean that you have to be completelyindependent of him - guys like to have someone to protect as well. Be sweet and kind, loving and gentle. Don't push him to do things that he doesn't want to do or doesn't feel comfortable doing. Support him and care for him but don't cling onto him and control him.

For both genders - don't try to confuse each other with little games. It only makes it harder, though the chase may be fun. Some might hear that a guy or girl likes the chase to catch the other more than anything else because it builds the foundation of their relationship. This may be true for some but just remember that if you intend to play this game, don't take it too long because everyone gets tired eventually when they can't keep up.

First find a girl that you want to get to like you. Then when you meet her along in school or somewhere else by luck, fart and then yell at yourself out loud.

Then, say hi to her and smile at her to capture her attention. Ask if you can help her(like carry textbooks for her, etc.) Or compliment her about something you know about her that she did really well.

If she is like the leader or the sponsor of a club that you know, use this clever strategy.

First spy on her where she eats her lunch. Then go up to her and compliment and be humorous in front of the girl's group of girls. Then a day later, ask her about the club and get her phone number and e- mail. Say, "Just in case something about a club occurs, I need your phone-number." Be persistent. If the girls say that it's all right and refuses to give you a number, use persistence and keep on saying, "just in case". Then for the fifth time if the girl refuses, go away and meet her one-on-one then she'll definitely give you her phone number (make sure you show her a great charming side of you). Once calling her, talk about things she might enjoy and simply cool things. And remember to not be too attached!!! Most girls don't like that when you first meet them. Be cool and talk to her every once and awhile. Show her an amazing side of you. Trust me, people.

OKAAAAY that's a load of bull, only perverts would follow such a strategy all youd do is make yourself look stupid by following em' around all the time

just act calm if the person likes you they like you if not theres nothing you can really do but act calm and act normal, if someone was to like you as a person your fine, just don't act like anything your not, and don't be afraid to talk, most people are just a little too shy, so work on it

if you come on too strong they probably wont think too much of you

if you are too suttle they probably wont either

and hate to say it but their opinion matters too, you cant get anyone you want unless they think the same of you, and shamefully on the relationship side of things people do usually primarily base on looks, ITS NATURAL!!!

to simply get someone to like you, get to know them through conversation and even friendship, see where it leads, figure out each of your similarities so you can relate or even figure out your differences, if you want to date, just wait for the appropriate time...

There is no absolute way to get someone to like you. What I suggest is calming down around him/her, and trying to help him/her out whenever you can. If they fall in the hallway, pick them up. Look them in the eye when you talk.

This is not guaranteed to make the person like you, but it may help.

If there were some magic formula for getting some one to like you, I would have been using it for years - especially on women. There just is no magic formula. Just be yourself, be attentive, polite, and honest with the individual. Do not put on some mask to betray yourself as some one your not. You want that individual to see you as you are. In other words, what you see is what you get. Try not to be too opinionated about issues until you get to know the person, and be positive about things. No one likes to be around a negative personality. Then the only thing you can do is wait and see what happens. If it works, then great. If not don't take it personally. Not everyone clicks. Hope this will be of some help to you. I believe there is a right person for everyone, it just may take some time finding that person.
