Self evaluation means you look at yourself. You take account of and admit your strengths and your faults. You devise a plan how to use your strengths to your best advantage in life, and you work on eliminating your personal faults.

If you don't know your strengths and weaknesses, ask your parents to help you see what they are and how they affect your relationships with other people, school, work, family and other matters of life in general.

There are many ways an employee may self evaluate themselves. They may give themselves an A for friendliness but a B for cleanliness for example.
