With the whole circle of life, wildfires are a normal part of forest life. Yes, some may die, but there is also growth afterward. For instance, most animals retreat from wildfires while small animals like snakes and toads bury themselves underground until after the danger has passed. If you look at an area after a wildfire, about 4 to 6 months after you can already see growth happening, the larger trees should still stand if the fire was not to severe, they will have charred marks up to the height of the flames, all under brush dies, but it does grow back. A lot of times counties with large forest areas to look after do what is called control burning where they go in and set fires to burn through the older underbrush, the reason is to make chances of an uncontrollable wildfire more controllable.

It's not good for plants. It kills them. But if you think about how they reproduce than they produce seeds that will later on grow into new plants.

Fire clears away old, mature trees. This opens up the area for new trees and plants to grow. It also speeds up the decomposition process, speeding up the process of putting nutrients back into the soil. Specifically, pine cones do not open up and release their seeds without the heat that fire provides.

Does wildfires have an impact on humans or environment?

Both, the wild fire smoke can be very deadly to humans when they breathe it in. Wildfires can also destroy houses and burn people to death. Wildfires are also harmful to the forests and the environment through destruction of trees (so less carbon dioxide is removed from the greenhouse gases), and carbon is also released into the atmosphere from the burning.
