Through many years of evolution
Frogs adapt to live in their environment.
Frogs don't drown because they adapt to the water and it's a part of their lifestyle. It's just like saying: why don't fish drown?
No, frogs do not drink water. Frogs absorb water through their skin.
They have intercourse with frogs and become mutants.
yes
usually (depending on the species) spends time in and out of water . They need time to be completely out of water and sometimes they need just a shallow amount of water.. aquatic environment and damp environments are both needed ... not completely dry
All frogs and toads can chang their body temperature,to withstand hot and cold.
I know for a fact that salt does indeed affect frogs; from my observations it appears as though the salt burns the frogs and they will run off in search of water to wash the salt away. As to exactly how it works...I currently am researching that answer myself.
its bright colours warns predators that they are poisonous
Because they have adapted to the water environment i have some at home five of them in a two gallon tank. all of them raised in water. once they are in they learn to adapt to the aquatic world they thrive in.
Some frogs are very adaptable to basically any situation, so it depends on the frog species. Most frogs are fairly flexible, but the one thing they probably can't adapt to very well is new predators.
== == The cougar, for example, does very well in rainforests because it is both a good climber and a good swimmer. It pounces from trees on its prey. The Harpy is the largest eagle in the world. It hunts monkeys, sloths and snakes by swooping low over the canopy. When its sharp eyes spot prey, it dives into the branches and quickly snatches up its next meal.
