OK you need to make sure you keep your scalp mostie and wash your hair at 1 once a week or even two times for 2 weeks depends on what type of hair you have.when you wash your hair condition your hair really good message your scalp while the condition sits in your hair.
Some people say to just do your hair like other Americans well your hair and my hair aren't the same because there hair already has oil and ours don't
STEP 1- Only wash your hair 2-3 days a week if you wash it a lot then your hair will be to dry to were it will break off and wont grow when your washing your hair you need to strach your scalp really really good after you think your done scraching your head then then let it sit in your hair for 20 to 30 seconds so it get really clean then rinse your hair with warm water when putting in conditioner you need to bring a hair comb that has teeth so your going to put in the conditioner a massage it into your head and do that everywhere then your going to comb through your hair when you reach a not you DO NOT ripp it out of your hair you just want to keep on trying to comb through it and if your head is hurting the you are combing your hair to hard to were you can ripp out a lot of hair and sometime your head just hurts because it the not so when you comb you want to also comb under your hair to make sure it is smooth to make sure you don't have any nots run your fingers through your head and if there is comb it again then after that rinse your hair in cold water and the reason you want to do that so then your pours will be moistured with the conditioner so it can be not that hard to comb
STEP 2-When getting out the shower from washing and conditioning hair you want your hair be damp (not to dry and not to wet) then your going to take a section of hair and not to much but a little bit of hair and your going to want to moisterize your head with hair lotion or grease or whatever you put in it to keep it moisterized and your going to want to want to do that when you wake up and when you are going to sleep and make sure you comb it out when your done mosterising it
STEP 3- When your going to bed and you want your hair to grow a liitle bit over night you want to put it in a braid or twist so when you wake up the next day it growed a little Just keep your hair moistured and hair style you know that will help it grow

One common myth is that there is just one type of African-American hair. African-American hair isn't just very kinky, coarse texture. Though the texture may vary, there are some similarities that make African-American hair different from other types.
no it is not.
if they comb it 24/7 then maybe - It is known that if African Americans braid their hair tightly as small children up through adulthood their hair will in fact grow just like anyone else's. After that a hair straightener (just like anyone else uses) does the trick.

Though the texture may vary, there are some similarities that make African-American hair different from other types. Generally, the hair contains less water, grows more slowly, and breaks more easily than Caucasian or Asian hair.

It has to be African American to start with.
It does not grow out your hair. It just protects it and helps retain length.
Basicly in order for a African American women to grow her hair longer , is to take vitamins, trim your hair , wash your every week,do treatments, and so on and so forth
No, but it can benefit the hair by adding oil to the natural hair.
Trim you hair every week, from split ends. Take naps more often.
an African American's hair grows slower because of the strand being so curly. it coils in the hair follicle make the hair harder to come out. a cacausain woman's hair doesnt have the same texture and coil as of an African American's. if an African American would like their hair to grow a lil bit faster. you should get braid, corn rows to pull the hair out of that coil.
Washing and conditioning it and moisturising it
You can't remove a perm. You have to wait for your hair to grow all the way out, or you have to shave your head.
