Cycle the key to the ON position, then to OFF, then to ON, then to OFF then to ON and leave it there. Where the miles are normally displayed a letter P and a set of numbers will come up. EX: P0303. Once it says DONE it is done displaying the codes. When you have the code(s) use Google to look them up. "2004 Dodge Neon trouble codes".
