Most people know they have stopped growing when they don't see any increase in size for an extended period of time, often in their late teens to early twenties. But the only way to be 100% sure is to get an x-ray looking at the epiphyseal plates of the bones. If they have fused, then there will be no more lengthening of that bone.

∙ 15y agoi don't remember the last time i grew, but i remember eating a lot more than usual, aching feet and limbs, and you sleep more. but this is all from personal experience. it may differ for people.
