There is a type of bit that can cut into the remaining screw head that may help, but otherwise the screw needs to be drilled out.
Remove the screw covers on the door closer handle and remove the two screws (top rear of the door panel. Remove the cover around the door latch handle and remove the screw. Remove the screw along the aft part of the panel about 1/3 up from the bottom. Remove the screw at the bottom of the panel about 1/3 from the back. Pop the window control panel out of the arm and remove the screw. Lift the panel from the slots at the bottom of the panel and the lip at the top. To completely remove, unlatch the cables for the trunk button and the fuel pump light and from the power seat controls.
A bleeder valve to remove air in the system
Unscrew the rear chrome screw on top of fender and a screw on left and right side of seat and pull up and back and remove.
light cover on bottom of door remove whit flat screw driver and is a screw on top Ware the controls of the windows are pull the black plastic from the front up and to the front there you will find a second screw . remove the plastic trim on top of the panel on the back of the mirror remove the 2 screws and pull the panel up and away.
Sear's has a special tool for that.
remove grill by sticking screw driver down holes on the top , remove side light with star screw driver and remove the four 10 mm bolts (two at each side)
remove black plastic panel on inside behind mirror. remove switch panel by pushing forward then lifting up. disconnect wiring. remove panel covering door handle[one screw]. remove screw behind this panel. remove screw at top of arm rest from underneath rest. remove screw from underneath back corner of armrest.now lift straight up on door panel.
If the screw is coming down from the top, you will need to remove the dash and HVAC housing.
2 screw on the sides screw top of gauge cluster and in the glove box the slide back and lift Don't forget the 2 screws on each vent.
Clockwise to screw in, counterclockwise to remove
There should be a screw located inside the hood on top of the front side marker housing. Once you remove the screw, start pulling it forward (the direction of where the vehicle is facing). Remove the trigger assembly,Remove the sears, Remove the top lever spring, Remove the set screw for the lock, Remove the left hammer spring.
