In the summer; yes, in the north.
This depends on where you are in Norway. Usually, in the south, you'll have daylight from 5 in the morning to 11 in the evening during the summer. In the north you'll have daylight 24 hours a day. In the winter, you'll have something like 1 hour of daylight in the north and 5-6 hours of daylight in the south.
Norway has a very high latitude and the variation in daylight hours from summer to winter is quite extreme, which is one of the factors that contribute to depression. During winter, in the north of Norway, it is really cold and it stays dark throughout the entire day! This can lead to depression in a lot of people, which is called Seasonal Affective Disorder. During summer, the sun never sets so many people are unable to sleep during this time. This can lead to overtiredness and grumpiness in a lot of people, especially newcomers to the country.
