Brief answer only.
Phyllum Platyhelminthes are the flatworms. These have three layers of cells.
Phyllum Annelidia are the segmented worms. These have blood vessels, a developed nervous system, and a digestive system organized round a central tube.
Annelids are segmented in rings, have a mouth and anus, and red blood. Flatworms are not segmented, have only one opening acting as a mouth and anus (they have a blind gut) and no blood, as they get their oxygen directly though the skin and have no need for blood to transport it. All in all, they have a completely different body plan.
playhelminthes are actual worms annelids only have worm features
platyhelminthes are acoelomates (without body cavity) whereas annelids are eucoelomates (true body cavity). COELOM - body cavity.
They belong to different phyla; the first are flatworms, considered somewhat more primitive; the latter roundworms.
