Phyllum Annelidia are the segmented worms. These have blood vessels, a developed nervous system, and a digestive system organized round a central tube.

Flatworms are not segmented, have only one opening acting as a mouth and anus (they have a blind gut) and no blood, as they get their oxygen directly though the skin and have no need for blood to transport it.
