∙ 14y agoWhen formatting a computer, it doesn't matter what brand your computer/laptop is, but rather what OS it's running. I know with Windows you either use the OS install disc or the system recovery disc you should've made as soon as you got your new computer (shove it in your CD/DVD drive then restart the computer, it should automatically start loading from the disc). It should be the same with Mac OSX.

∙ 15y agoDon't..... save yourself a lot of time and throw it in the trash, dell sucks buy a mac. My dell has crashed 5 times now and i can not get it to recover this time.
