The two sims must love each other, then get them both to relax in bed then once they are both in bed click on the non active sim and it will say try for a baby, click on that and they will do it.

∙ 15y agoFirst, you have to get two cats (a male and female) that have a good relationship with each other. Then, you go to pet objects and buy a dog house. (Or in this case a cat house) Have your sim select one of the two cats and choose "Breed with..." and choose the other cat you want it to breed with. Then, the two cats will go into the "dog" house and your female cat will get pregnant. Wait a few days, and your cat should have kittens!

∙ 13y agoKittens cannot get up stairs, may I warn you neither can puppys. But you can call the Pet adoption service, (In call... service... pet adoption service.) Click on Cats and buy the very small kittens, you must have sims 2 pets to do this if you haven't just buy a small dog pen and then go on play mode and click on it and purchase dog etc, this answer was for PC only.
