The energy produced by stars, as a by-product of nuclear fusion [See Link], radiates into space as both electromagnetic radiation and particle radiation. The particle radiation emitted by a star is manifested as the stellar wind and as a steady stream of neutrinos emanating from the star's core.

The production of energy at the core is the reason why stars shine so brightly: every time two or more atomic nuclei of one element fuse together to form an atomic nucleus of a new heavier element, gamma ray photons are released from the nuclear fusion reaction. This energy is converted to other forms of electromagnetic energy, including visible light, by the time it reaches the star's outer layers.

they contain a huge mass of hydrogen isotopes which fuse together in a process called NEUCLEUR FUSION, which keeps them "buring" for several billion years, until they run out of fuel. Then they either just dissipate or colapse back in on themselves to form a white dwarf and later supernova. The supernova will either form a black hole or new star. If the latter happens, the process starts all over again.

The heat is generated in the core as Hydrogen is converted to helium, which releases heat energy. Light is produced as excited electrons move down to lower energy levels, giving off mass-energy in the form of photons; wave-particles of light.

Where star get it light?

Stars create light by fusing hydrogen into helium. This nuclear reaction creates a great amount of energy which releases light and energy. This expanding force a\is counterbalanced by gravity, keeping the star stable.

Is a star self-luminous?

Yes, starts create their own light. However, they do not last forever. Once they burn out all of the hydrogen used to create the light, they die.
