You have to remove the entire light assy. There are some screws that are hard to find but they are there. accessed from the outside 3 in all use a medium length Phillips screwdriver. GoodluckJoe

I don't think that will work unless you change over to rear disc brakes, the hub should not match.

When you replace the brake light bulb on your Rodeo, be careful not to touch the bulb directly with your fingers - the oil from your skin will cause the area that you touched to burn hotter than the rest of the bulb, which causes the bulb to burn out quicker. If you are going to replace a bulb in your cluster, it is a good idea to replace all of them. Not only will the lights on your Rodeo be brighter, you decrease the likelihood you will need to change any of the bulbs again in the near future. A burnt out bulb in the taillight cluster of your Rodeo is an excuse for a police officer to pull you over. Check your bulbs frequently and change burnt bulbs promptly.

The rear brake pads on an Isuzu Bighorn are replaced by jacking the vehicle up, removing the wheel, and unbolting the caliper bolts. They can then be lifted from the rotor, pads removed, and new pads put in place.

Just check your brake fluid, there is a sensor on to tell you when you are low and it is a good indicator that you may need new pads soon as when the calipers move out to compensate for wear more fluid is pushed down. either that or the parking brake is still on
